Fedrick is a Kansas City–based builder and real estate developer with a mission to create high-quality, affordable housing that strengthens communities from the ground up. With over 20 years of experience as a licensed electrician and years of leading residential construction projects, he knows that building homes is about more than bricks and lumber it’s about creating opportunity, stability, and pride.
Rooted in Kansas City, Fedrick blends hands-on craftsmanship, entrepreneurial drive, and a deep understanding of how stable housing transforms lives. As Founder of Ink Homes LLC, he oversees every stage of development, from site acquisition and design to financing, permitting, and final delivery. His work focuses on infill development, turning vacant or neglected lots into modern, functional homes that uplift entire neighborhoods.
Through partnerships with local tradespeople, nonprofits, and city programs, Fedrick has completed projects that align with housing initiatives and neighborhood revitalization goals, often targeting historically underserved areas where new construction can spark investment, reduce blight, and inspire community pride.

Tanecé Tyler
Founding Partner & Director of Operations and Design – Ink Homes LLC
Tanecé is the operational backbone and creative vision of Ink Homes, blending over a decade of interior design and staging expertise with a proven track record in business strategy and logistics. With more than five years as Chief of Staff for a property management company and over 15 years as a business consultant, she brings a unique ability to connect big-picture vision with detailed execution.
Her career spans leadership roles in operations, marketing, and sales at organizations such as Cerner Corporation and The Acquisition Group, where she specialized in process efficiency, project management, and client engagement. An MBA in Business Entrepreneurship complements her hands-on experience, allowing her to guide Ink Homes’ development projects from concept to completion with both creative insight and operational discipline.
At Ink Homes, Tanecé oversees logistics, vendor coordination, and design strategy, ensuring every home reflects the company’s core values of Invest. Restore. Sustain. Her design approach marries functionality with style, creating spaces that not only look beautiful but also serve the needs of the community for years to come.
